All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: we do our our very best to get orders shipped out the next business day, however, there may be times where this is not possible.

For local delivery options, we offer free delivery within 30 miles of Shenandoah, IA. If your address qualifies for local delivery, you will have the option at check out to select this option. We will reach out to the customer to arrange best day and time for delivery.
